Well I don't have the link, but basically they are talking/plannig on 2 baskets; one for the good stuff and one for the bad stuff until they can get descent or fair value for their currently distressed value......once the economy stengthens.
Also there was a mass email sent out by Scottrade last week that you had to call in for more details on a Reorganization/tender offer. The offer turned out to be 20 commons for every 1 share of preffered- so I would assume many fish went for the worm
For less than a buck purchase, I like the risk for a $1000 possible face!
