EZ. . .that's always possible, I suppose. But it would seem that the company will lose some credibility if they lose their Nasdaq listing. I believe the Nasdaq has returned their policy to the "maintaining a two-dollar" pricetag (for 60 days?). I'm not sure, however, when the deadline is in effect. Does anyone else know? Because there are a LOT of companies that could lose their listings!
