hey jim, got a stupid Q but consider the source (me!): so when a firm like this goes Chpt 11 (and I believe they are and not 7 - yet), I know the firm stops paying dividends but do they still release earnings reports? They've said their announcing Q4 08 on Mar 4th but that may be old news.
