i emailed back in forth with ken yesterday, i mentioned doing a forward SPLIT ON A SUB PENNY STOCK isnt necessary, we are at 0014, he agreed to not do a forward split and he said he would have to only raise the A/S 950,000,000, expect to him redo that filing on monday
