Lets take one of those descriptions you cite....

From the item concerning Dolittle..

"The Company believes that the case is without merit and intends to defend itself vigorously.'

This turned out to be absolute blatant BS. Aero negotiated a settlement with Dolittle. That's hardly 'defending itself vigorously'. By the way Dolittle is keeping the suit open ... probably until he gets his total settlement.
