If you would have made your DD you would have noticed that "Bergamo Acquisition Corp..... has formed a new corp Shahbaz International Investment & Securities Corp".
With other words Shahbaz International Investment & Securities Corp did not exist some weeks before Bergamo founded this Corp.....and thus it nothing but a subsidary of Bergamo!.....and thus those old managers of Bergamo are only now managers of this new Bergamo Investment & Securities Corp. Herreate a lot ofblahblah to maketenvestors world think,there is something great gong on at Bergamo and that there companies involved.....which he formered himself !!!

And maybe you don't tell us shit about new manager which are old managers of Bergamo without any knowledge about solar business as some of them are oinvolved in fashionbusiness.

May I ask you something : How stupid do you think readers of this stockboard are? You think you can fool us with your zero DD? You can't fool shareholder with a background of 17 years knowledge of investing in microcaps and smallcaps.
