NBRI must start mining, either a JV or on its own, some of these properties they control. Until then, they are property rich with no income from mining. Great potential, but not realized. Patience is the key here - - the CEO Leopold's plan is evolving with an eventual listing on the OTCBB along with producing mining operations. The only things sure in life are death and taxes - - if NBRI turns out to be real, I'll gladly pay the taxes. Death on the other hand is another matter.
