Cash Minerals Announces Issuance of Shares for Debt


TORONTO, Ontario – January 13, 2009 – Cash Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: CHX) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced debt settlement by issuing 2,000,000 common shares in full settlement of $352,450 in outstanding net debt. These shares are subject to a statutory hold period that expires on May 14, 2009.


FWIW... I do not think they helped themselves with this arrangement... The market will tell us.
