Then you need to open a different brokerage so you can buy cyxn. There're volumes in penny stocks so there's no excuse to give up what you strongly believe. Of course, if you do, don't put too much into it. As you claim you're a stock picker, so does breakoutinvestment. He's pretty flexible in his selection.
