I believe you're absolutely right that it's a CLEAN SHELL, balamidas. The type of business Hobson was doing (or rather NOT doing!) with IGTP made it so and the perfect vehicle for Greg.

It's too bad I didn't realize it was a shell sooner! LOL

Usually, they sit around awhile longer than this one did.
