Yes Bill predicted the current economic collapse in 2004. All the reasons for why we're in the mess we're in have been known for sometime -- by bnaks, Congress, the White House, and Alan Greenspan.

Nobody wanted to be personally responsible for taking the punch bowl away, so we had to wait until the mess was so bad, that there's basically no way to fix it other than time. Lots of time. Like a decade.
