After going through the entire OTCBB stocks under 1 cent, Sympowerco has got to best one of the top 5 best buys for sure. Its just slightly off the lows, has great innovation and product potential, O/S isnt that big and I think the way the world is going with "green innovation", this play will go back to 1 penny+ easily in the short term and who knows from there. SYMW, EEGC, GSPS all top buys right now.
