No I have no insight. SEC as far as I have understood it never announce when they stop, but just wander away.

As you so rightly mentioned in one of your previous posts it is positive though that no formal charges have been made now 3 months after the trading halt and that the company is trying to relist on the BB.

I suppose they wanted to make sure it was not a scam and BOCX has in the meanwhile had independent verification of their technology from Japan and Paris and presented their abstracts on two scientific conferences.

I suppose that you can never be 100% sure though, but then again this also goes for companies that have not had any prior encounters with SEC.

I dont think though that BOCX is stupid enough to engage themselves in spamming. Why put their company and technology at risk with this.
