1.Hard to say.....if he isn't active anymore in the organization why would you want him in it as he isn't contributing anymore?
2. If he requested out than maybe he wants to cash out or possibly have more freedom to trade the stock if the stock increases at some point without having any trade restrictions or windows on when he can trade the stock. Based on history has he ever cashed out any large portions of his holdings....he has always had the window of opportunity where any of the officers could sell their shares. Seems kind of late in the game if he was wanting to cash out...could have resigned when the stock was trading in a much higher range.
