Ok EESO Team.....I'm sorry I couldn't get this out last night but here is all the questions (90%+ from Thursday's Conference Call....that I could capture with the answers. Jared's mic was messed up during the first 5 minutes of the Conference Call.
I don't expect all my details to be 100% accurate but I sat and listened and typed at my computer. In my opinion....JARED WAS DOING A GREAT JOB IN TRYING TO ANSWER AS MANY QUESTIONS THAT HE COULD WITH SOLID INFO FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS...

1. How did you get into the Business? Jared – Got into Enzyme business in 2000 and retail…did hear the rest?
2. Do the EESO 2009 Revenues cover WowGreen and Star Tower Deals? Jared 2009 DOES NOT cover WOWGREEN products or the Star Tower Deal.
3. Will we see these products in Wal-Mart? Jared…. can’t answer….Walmart is only network market
4. Question about How to become a WowGreen Distributor and Industry? Jared – Contact Bill White and Cheryl for Industry
5.What is the Projected 2009 Revenue? Jared Said 2009 will be 40 million in Revenue and this does cover didn’t include WowGreen - Only Industry and Retails.
6.Your PR states buyback…4 million and how many shares are approved for 2009? Jared – He is only the Board member and at this point…. the approver…but the total number…buy back at this time is up 21 MILLION!!!!!
7. Are you planning on bringing in New Management? Jared – He could bring in right management but they need to have the history with this business. He does what to bring people that will not be effective.
8. Based on the current EESO revenues for 2009…Will there be a dividend in the future? Jared - Love to do it…we will see but all investors are owners and he is focused on about shareholder value, not stock price.
9.WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED FLOAT TODAY? Jared - Minus the shares in tight hands…. ESTIMATE…AROUND 900 MILLION SHARES!!!!!
10. Can you use your enzyme in diet products? Jared – We do not have a FDA facility…it could be done but not at this time. We need the right customer.
11. WILL THERE BE A REVERSE SPLIT? Jared…LET PUT THIS ONE TO REST. THERE IS NO REVERSE STOCK SPLIT!!!!
12.When is EESO shipping product out to Korea/Star Towers? Jared - WE have been shipped out products and its being tested as well
13. What is long-term growth projection? Jared…. Where the company would like to be is to take to NASDAQ…this will be on projection on the numbers but the sky is the limit.
14. What are the dates of the financial year? Jared - Jan to Dec.
15. Who is the Largest Customer in US Retail product? Mic was really bad here. Jared – WowGreen is the major……Medical Industry Nica? …… Working on Private label in food industry Food Service…. can’t state who. He mentioned 2 –3 Customers on East coast. It sounded like the Wastewater treatment contract is with BioMagic. I think he mentioned this here…Already in the medical and food service industries in the US, plus GC2000, plus Pig Poo and FG-500 in Korea....this is growing faster then anyone could have possibly planned.
16. What is EESO relationship to WowGreen? Jared - EESO is the Manufacturer and Supplier for WowGreen MSI is the distributor moving up to Portage IN? ??consultant for BBDA
17. WHAT WAS THE ISSUE WITH THE TRANSFER AGENT? Jared – NOT SURE…I DIDN’T SIGN OFF ANYTHING…I CALLED IN THE MORNING AFTER I FOUND OUT AND FIXED IT!!!!!
18. Where do you see EESO in 3 –5 yrs? Jared - Looking to move to Portage IN…and possible Fort Wayne…..hard to say …just getting….mic broke up here?
19. Is the buyback going on? Jared - We have a resolution to do that.
20. Will EESO be uplisted for stability? Jared….His mic was terrible here. Didn’t hear the answer.???
21. Can one estimates the 4 million shares. retired already were at a cost of 80 to 100 thousands? Jared – I believe they were higher on the day we retired them….share price was higher.
22. How many employees work for EESO? Jared – We have 9 –10? Some Part-time and Fulltime.
23. Jared are you taking a salary? Jared - No.
24. Why retails only? Jared - Still believe this is right plan bases on strategic plan for retail market.
25. Do your products sanitize? Jared No. BBDA provided to them services…no association.
26. International have in their agreement with EESO have an endorsement or support from regulatory or governing body that states the product is “green” so that it may be shared with state agencies? Jared – We don’t get involved in any endorsements.
27. As when the project when Korean contract will be finalized? Jared – He hopes it can be finish in the 1st quarter.
28.DO YOU HAVE PLANS TO GET OFF THE PINKSHEETS BY THE YEARS END? DO YOU THINK WOWGREEN WILL EXPLODE MUCH LIKE MONAVIE? Jared Need to products revs??? Mic was bad here.
29. Question about GSA Contracts. Jared is familiar with GSA contracts but not at this time.
30. Can you please comment on your relationship with BBDA?
Jared - EESO are strictly on a consulting basis with BBDA regarding enzymes. They aren't supplying any enzymes, etc. as of now, just helping them with research I guess.
31. How can you, as a CEO of a profitable company, not want to uplist ASAP? Regardless of how the current DOW/NASD/AMEX markets are currently performing if you have a profitable company people will buy. Jared – Didn’t hear the answer…mic issue.
32. Being on pinkshinks/otcBB is only a blackmark to EESO? Jared – Look at the IPO at NASDAQ…. a lot goes into play…restrictions
33. We deal with dogs and kennels and always looking for a product to maintain their environment. Do you have products that would fit this need? HUGE MARKET? Jared - its retails….up to Wow Green…..Maybe the All purpose cleaner.
34. WHAT IS THE PROGRESS WITH THE GC2000? Jared – Our Scientists are working on. Testing on this in the last few years.
35. In addition, does EESO have room in their contract for negotiations (with WowGreen) for higher profit sharing based on the success of the products? Jared - EESO has no permanent plans….for uplisting…want to benefit shareholders.
36. Can you explain the recent drop in share price? Jared – He is focused on .day by day share building on share price value….like…mic issue.
37. Does your Enzyme to kill bacteria? Jared - No
38. CAN WE HIT 0.10 BY MARCH 2009? Jared - Possible
39. When is the retail roll out?? Do you know of any major didn’t know about what earnings w/ WOW in the picture would be marketing and advertising campaigns to pump sales? Jared - All sales handled by WowGreen.
40. Question about VP of Operations. Jared - Bill White has been doing a great job.
41. Are you confident that you can get the product out fast enough for wow green to sell? Jared - Yes…. running 3 shifts. So, the new space is already tapped out. and they got 3 shifts rolling in there. We are looking for more space soon. MSI is doing packaging…. we can do the production
