No 'policing' is necessary as I'm willing to accept his word. As I noted earlier, despite the fact that he lies occasionally in his posts (and yes I can prove this), I do believe he has a strong sense of personal integrity when it comes to keeping his word. I know that sounds strange, and perhaps it is. I tend to be more consistent and I neither lie nor do I break my word.
I'm not trying to trap him in a scenario where I taunt and insult him while he's bound to refrain from replying. Indeed, I intend to ignore him as I usually do. But he's the one who posted libelous material here and when it was removed he posted it on his website; and he's the one who threatened to repost it if I post the truth about his familial connections to several stocks he has pumped on the boards. I am not the one who broke the rules here.
So to get out, gump makes an unconditional promise to refrain from posting to or about me in any medium. His 'punishment' is that he has to do something that he is loathe to do--he must trust me. From that leap of faith on his part, we can go forward.
