wasn't it you who called up the company and were told by errol that a pr would be out to explain the results and give us an updated share structure? i think both those items are pretty material/relevant and are not just on a need to know basis by management, imho

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
