I believe he said they were trying to definitely take advantage of the American stimulus / push for renewable energy; and trying to get jobs "in the pipeline" like as many as possible. Also, Luis (the Lawyer) seemed to be hush hush and either Larry or Shannon was the one who was very excited about N Amr prospects. Thats what I heard.
