Be Confident: The one thing that HAS to take place before anything can really gain traction in this space is exactly what Iain McCready stated right there in Bena Roberts interview w/ him...

"Iain: Bena. Mobile operators or carriers should be focused on creating a high-quality user experience. They have the target markets. We can then step in and supply the right mobile marketing via mobile codes that spawn user interaction."

What's that mean? It means ALL carriers have to adopt a cost effective, unlimited data plan similar to what we have w/ our home internet. As long as the data plans are prohibitively costly for the masses to utilize, 2D barcodes simply has absolutely no way to gain the major traction that is needed for NEOM to REALLY capitalize and profit from their patent(s).

This fact was highlighted in the Case Western study last year..."Project members were well aware of what prevented some students from adopting the technology. First was the financial aspect: students wanted to know how much it would cost them to scan a code, since few have unlimited flat-rate data plans. Mobile Discovery tried to alleviate these concerns by printing the information directly on posters alongside promotional barcodes. The company also used numerous giveaways and contests in an attempt to make scanning worth the cost."

Sooo, although this is the BEST NEWS that NEOM has been able to share in the history of the company (USPTO ruling) many...I would say most, astute investors realize that they still have a long way to go before they can really capitalize on being the undisputed owners of "the bridge". I think this is precisely why this didn't break a penny on Wednesday and retraced some yesterday.

Personally, I was a bit surprised this news didn't even produce the pattern of three bullish days up, before starting to retrace. I've seen that countless times in pennyland and as was pointed out astutely here by legalegaltx (can't find post...mysteriously deleted...imagine that), times are different now...since most folks aren't comfortable in holding the DOW up they certainly aren't comfortable in trying to hold up a toxic financed (sub)penny stock, even if it appears they hold the golden key.

It is what it is and NEOM will, IMO, shine someday. But, how and when is the question.
