ENCS: fraud? Out of curiosity, I went to the site you provided;
http://www.european-mediation.co.uk/Stock_Fraud/stocks-and-shares-fraud-e.html

And surely enough I saw ENCS in the list as follows;

Symbol......... Company Name............... Category..City
..ENCS.....Encore Energy Systems, Inc..... N/I...... Oxford.

But Category ‘N/I’ doesn’t necessarily mean fraud as per definition defined on that page as follows;

The "No Information" (N/I) status means the company is unwilling 'OR' unable to disclose information, 'OR' the company could be defunct.

So just because ENCS didn’t respond to those MOD(s) on that server, doesn’t make them a fraud or even possibly.

In further testing the credibility of that site/server info, I searched for a company which HAD BEEN CALLED into the SEC for possible fraudulent activities and they were not even listed…ergo. -‘FFGO

On the other hand, another company, SMWF, who are a PROVEN company and therefore NOT A FRAUD or even possibly, WERE IN THE LISTINGS.

-heh!

Perhaps that listing is OLD?
