I had a friend that tried to buy up a co. like that - he looked at it and said hell for 50k I can buy out the co. and run it properly or at least sell enough stock to recover my $.He bought almost all the o/s then the ceo started loading out the A/S lol! The stock trashed and the o/s went 10 fold he was livid.Cant remember the name of that pos.LOL! It was AP and he never went long - he said I just trashed 30k but I deserve it for going long - so I'll chuck it up as experience and never do it again!
