hehehehehehhe, the newest scammer.. that cheated people out of billions over some c.d. savings scam.. was not able to be arrested since they cant get criminal charges (yet) but he was found by the fbi and served civil papers.. and

guess where they found him. right here, in my little town (fredericksburg va).. visiting a relative.. he was just sitting in his car.. took the papers and simply drove away..

ya, like they will see him again.. hehe.

its the first time i have seen the sec do anything about anything.. i guess in sub penny land, we dont see stuff happen..

i think that is a trip. im sure my local paper may say where exactly he was served. im dying to know.
