An entity (group) friendly to DNAPrint, buying Dutchess' stake in DNAPrint, is hardly bad news!
Tampa Bay, La Jolla, Dutchess, were all 'friendly' to DNAPrint. What they did to the company was hardly 'good news'.
The loyal investors got reamed and the management got paid. This looks like more of the same to me.
It was DNAPrint that put me in touch with this group.
Well there is a bright red flag. Are you seriously considering following previous management's path, when they didn't think it was worth sticking around for?
Say, just curious but outside of the Dutchess debt, who's next on the list of creditors, ahead of the loyal investors?
We know that DNAG was receiving kits and payments from their long list of distributors. We know that they were pocketing the money and not processing the kits. How deep is that hole? Can't imagine that those people still waiting for their results after already paying their fees, aren't pretty close to the head of the line.
