I think there is a professional relationship that remains. I know that shares of my corp are held by someone who knows the owners' names and addreses but I don't think is free to give it out, even if I changed TAs. Of course my corp is privately owned, but that shouldn't make a difference. I think it would take a subpoena for them to give up the info. Of course Hall could give up that info -only publicly, not privately, but WTF would believe him.
