Today I got another and have decided to share it with the board b/c of all the negative post on the issue.


We need to get an update on the next expected filing date, and we will get back to you on that issue. The process of closing began several months ago, but in this challenging environment, it has taken longer than originally expected. The close is anticipated very shortly.
