Yes, I think it has bottomed back out again and is now headed up.

Here we go...

The stimulus plan will likely fuel this as funds are coming for their wind structures for years and years to come...it is kind of like getting in line to get good tickets to a show...

People will be jumping to get in line first very soon IMO.
