That's what I was saying earlier-that Wubo Cao stated in the PR after the CC that he wants to list on the NASDAQ Capital Market. If you scroll to pg. 11 of the NASDAQ document I posted the link to you will see that the minimum requirement stated for entry onto NASDAQ Capital Market is $4.00. My post about the minimum for continued listing was in response to Bigplay777 who said $4.00 was minimum for continued listing when actually it's $1.00, and in some cases, like SIRI, it can be suspended.
