Daniel,

I think by now it should be obvious that I have no interest in trying to change your mind. I support your total involvement and investment in this company. I think it is an ideal match.

I hope that you will be able to pull off your business plan. I'm sure that even though Gomez couldn't make it work with that group of investors that you will prevail.

On the other hand, there is a vast history of participation that has occurred on these boards for most of the last decade. Those of us who lived through that period and participated in it, can perhaps being excused for remembering and knowing things based solely on that experience. Since you did not participate and have no memories of that period it seems a little rude for you to dismiss those recollections out of hand.

I have no interest in swaying you from your path, I think it is a waste of time, but I nevertheless hope you are successful. I would appreciate however, not being attacked for possessing information that you do not share, merely because you were not here when it happened.
