First of all this statement tells us they know who it is.They are in the security business of manufacturing cameras for monitoring just this type of crime. Which would lead me to believe its all on tape.This statment also tells me we know this person also.I can only think of two people that Rich would think has the diseases of whicw he speaks, willing to commit this crime.
