He has several aliases on RB left over from his days as a board shill working for Tampa Bay Financial. He also cared enough about what was being said on these boards to resurrect some of those aliases to counter those discussions, meaning, he was reading them.

So he read them, he participated and he cared enough to respond, putting the lie to just about every word in that sentence.

Take the time to check out the aliases 'money_looser' and 'stockpimpdaddy' on those boards. They and a couple others belong to Tony. The responses in the archives characterize a biased, angry, petty and arrogant individual.
