I have have bought and sold over a hundred different pink and otc stocks on Scottrade, e trade ,ameritrade, Schwabb and speedtrader.

I have never had a conflict buying a security unless there is irregular trading in which case they will restrict for 24-48 at most. Or if there is Symbol conflicts like Magnum has had. I believe they will life any trading restrictions very soon.

The More Private Brokerages are usually the ones to bust chops and require a UNSOLICITED letter. Online has never given me a problem and im talking on some major stocks that have gone up and down and to the toilet even where i have lost my ass because the management has lied about everything I could trade it until the last day.

One of the reasons I love Magnum is they don't resemble any of those companies.
