Does the state of Wyoming not have any laws on a public company's responsiblity to meet some standard to operate there or is Wyoming's business ethics patterned after Chicago's. There must be some office or deparment that would at least be concerned that a company would hide it's operations there because of such lax laws or lack of oversite
Wyoming must have a limit on what they will allow.
