Warren Buffett announced yesterday that he has purchased a position in water treatment company Nalco Holding (NLC).

Let's not forget that George Soros has a huge stake already in CNFO. Maybe Warren will come here as well and purchase some shares seeing some Huge Navy contracts may be on the doorstep.
