You are right Walter. I used to lurk on sites, and still do some sites. There are a lot of people who look at charts and buy when they see the right moves.

Little known fact. JP Morgan has been short silver for over 10 years. They are currently holding major short positions in silver. It is getting close to them having to cover. Here is a futures chart of silver. When it goes, it will move rapidly.
