I want to address this gump90 business because I'm outta here shortly and I want to give him the opportunity for freedom before I leave.

I'm not at all pleased with gump's obvious threat posted on his website in place of the libelous content that got him jailed. I'll take him up on his offer to 'bury the hatchet' if he'll stop holding it over my head.

The old gumper is an enigma. He's posted that 'it's easy to lie in cyberland', and he does so with impunity upon occasion; but I've observed that he has a deep sense of personal integrity when it comes to keeping his word. So here's the deal...

Gump can be released immediately, provided that he publically reiterates a sincere apology and unconditionally gives his word that he will not post to or about me in any public medium (including but not limited to message boards, chat rooms, blogs or websites) ever again without my assent.

The blog on his website is a good idea--something he's done in the past quite well--as long as it's not about me. )
