Been a rough week in the market unless you had bear ETF's or Gold ETF's. Looking at the charts of the most agressive bull ETF's they are all getting to an oversold point as well as the major market charts. May be a good time to start averaging down or buy into Bull ETF's. Havent seen this low of an RSI on these Etf;s in quite a while. traders will begin shifting soon imo
