Don't know what it means but awhile ago this was part of a NR:
Form 10-K to be filed by February 1, 2009. During this period MDOR will continue to trade on the same OTC-BB exchange with the addition of an "e" to its trading symbol. Upon filing Form 10-K the trading symbol will revert back to MDOR.
