If I were YP

I wouldn't convert way down here. Their shares are worth many more times at a higher pps and they know it as well. I would line up and execute major brand agreements under LM, acquire carrier and OEM embedment agreements under IM, bring in an in-house content provider and aggregator, perform a massive public share buyback and commence a bidding frenzy for the sale of the company, as YP's is not in the business of owning companies, believe it or not. They're in the funding business, as we all know too well.
