The stock dividend will be announced as soon as the company that was stated to be a "usa quoted company" exists..IMO as i have looked the new name and trading symbol does not exist and until it does the "Independence strategic minerals" share divi cant be legally announced.(no cash divi).IMO as far as MDM I/r firm i havent heard of anyone even get an email response as of yet from him.. and they are supposed to be generating the website, ooohhweeee are they ever busy catching up on the PR' posted by "your company"....Likely to be march or april before the rec date and pay date is announced of course this was to be in january, so a three month delay is par for the course..if it happens at all.. some are waiting in other shells of lumbs for years for divis..
