What is a possible impact of having 3 billion preferred shares in the A/S. Can Gene still maintain control if he maxes out the common to 10billion shares? What does this mean???

Also, did you read the colorado sec. of states filing yesterday to mean that the A/S was actually 10billion since
Dec.08? If that is the case, then the O/S could be approaching
a figure significantly higher than 5billion outstanding.

I guess my question is what mischief can Newton do with those preferred shares??
