We, a group of Shareholders of Veltex Common Stock do hereby admit that we are BIG SUCKERS. We now believe that we were extremely foolish to part with our money. We were led to believe that Audited Financial Statements would be furnished based on the statements by the former CEO of Veltex Corporation, Javeed Matin in the Conference Call in late February 2007. Our being suckers, we believe, was caused by Javeed Matin's continued false reassurances that Audited Financial Statements would be eventually issued and that they would be fairly close to the Unaudited Financial Statements for Years 2005 & 2006.

We are now curious about the possibility of Veltex closing down, or if New Management will take over. We are totally uncertain as to which event will occur. We welcome any forecast anyone might have and is willing to share.
