Looks like he has made the choice to try and sell as many of the 5 billion as possible before he resorts to a reverse split.

Appears from the filing by the SOS of Colorado that the 10B was the right number all along. Wonder how many he has sold in the last 2 months if that is the case. People wonder where all the 1's come from? NSS? Doesn't appear that way but that argument was always very weak IMO.
