ktc, there are so many variables with the ETFs and ETNs (DXO)...there's a lot to consider. It's hardly an exact science. And one general rule is, they are for short term trading.
Afterall, wouldn't it seem that SRS should be near a high,, same w/ our beloved SKF which is 120 pts off ?

THere have been many posts , easy enough to find on ihub and elsewhere, explaining the answers to your question.
