DallasBoy50, I know that your message is old. Two things:

1) According to research and verified by others; there is no address in Toronto of 333 Elm Street. If there were, it could not be near the intersection of Yonge St.

2) It is illegal to use S-8 shares for acquisitions.

I wonder what IR would have to say about that? Please verify the first. Here's the second;
