Many are failing to see very clear logic.

Do the Math: It takes 250% more inertia to move this stock now that management has diluted on a scale of 2.5 to 1 per share. Broken down this means for every dollar MDOR used to make MDOR now has to make $2.50 to get the same bang from revenue.

I mentioned on this very thread months if not years ago watch out for all these high profile directors. Sure it is nice to have them but they will come at a huge price. Gentlemen that day has arrived and since then the share price has gone absolutely no where yet many insist the best is yet to come. STOP and ask yourself is this really logical? It would be different if the share price went to $2.50 like the "analyst" who was paid to coerce you reported, but it didn't IT WENT NO WHERE. That was part of the pump along with white buffings with enormous potential, government funding yet to materialize, new plants and new JV's, elastomers no one else can make, buffings so fine no one else can produce, liquid rubber products you got it ALL YET TO MATERIALIZE.

Now I'm telling you today watch out for all these hidden expenses we have not seen yet. IE the machinery that to our knowledge never fulfilled it's pumped up potential. I am talking about the nugget machinery yes it's production is being farmed out but why and who will pay for the machinery that was to be brought online at Magog?

It won't be the government funding bet on it and it won't be CC or JG bet on that too. There is not even an overall estimate as to how much Magog is costing to set up yet many are buying into the fact Magog will be making more revenue. Of course they will make more revenue anything is better than nothing. Magnum now absolutely must make ridiculous revenue just to break even. Then after that there are loosely defined JV commitments to SRI. Last I read they received 25% for the liquid rubber technology. That is right off the top before you or I see a penny of profit.

YES Magnum will make pots of money this year. NO you will not realize any of the profits you think your going to make for reasons above plus any other hidden charges management has not come clean on yet.

If CC & JG were so transparent why didn't they tell you of the dilution before it happened, many companies do this on the strength of reported revenue. The reason is simple they knew if they did the bottom would fall out, as they didn't have the credibility they needed to hold you here. Now tell me please what makes you think they won't dilute further to try and make up for all this overhead that keeps piling up. Do you honestly think they will tell you next time before they dilute again?

I'm with you Magnum will make truckloads of money for the simple reason that if they don't, Magog is finished therefore Magnum will bust. There are steep/heavy disbursements being incurred here that Magnum is not talking about and no doubt more to come. The R&D plant, the liquid rubber machinery, the 20 million owed for present working machinery, untold number of consultants, expense accounts, infrastructure, money loaned, offices, secretaries on and on adnauseam. Where will the rubber meet the road and who do you think will pay for these disbursements.

Now consider this very seriously because it is tantamount to your success here. Magnum needs NEW investors to go higher. No matter how many shares you own right now Magnum needs new investors to take those shares higher or here we stay at 50 cents like we have been for a year or more ( yes we could easily go lower). The first pump and dump is officially over with the well disguised dilution and now Magnum has a thoroughly tainted reputation of there own doing. So ask yourself honestly: how easy will it be to get new investors when management cannot be trusted to protect there original investors.

This gentlemen is why I am so displeased at how this dilution was handled. Yes dilution in a growing company is sometimes necessary but not this method. This approach was all Chad Curtis with Joe Glusic as his front man promising funding and little secrets that never materialized. As you can plainly see it is critically flawed, disproportionately in there favour. Don't even worry about these two they will make pots of money rest assured, as will there BOD and innumerable consultants. It is about you and the potential they just robbed you of, before you got a chance to realize any of it.

If any of the above sounds like a "free ride" I'm sorry but your sadly mistaken ans woefully out of bounds. I would like nothing more than to see Magnum break out into blue sky territory (+.83 cents) but it won't ever happen. Not this way with shareholders shish-ka-bobbed at every chance for return on investment.

CAVEAT EMPTOR and good luck to longs, one and all

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
Including mine...good luck!
