Possibly. I think actually that GERN hurt their case with the issuing of those new shares.
I read somewhere that the deal for the new issue was supposed to be complete on the 19th of feb. Hope that means I retrace my PPS back to where I bought in. Im red big time!

it would appear to be a mixed day, but that is also an indicator IMHO that GERN killed their PPS for a while until we get another good PR, or an EO lifting the ban.
I think we will find a nice play at the end of this though. Just gotta ride it out.
