Big test is in the substance of their news and future prospects that they talk about. Good news like a real contract
sends this above a penny to start. Good guidance for future
orders sends it up more. The issuing of financials and the goal of achieveing reporting status by June 09 will propell
this another penny and maybe higher depending on how good the
news is that they will report. What I mean by a contract is
a legitimate firm who can use this process. The dollar amout
of the contact is not necessarily as important as the user and future users who can use this process. It would not take much to move this into the pennies 2-5 cents with credible news. Then
the next step is to raise fundind once they can show some contracts .
