ENCS: There is no Buying/Selling Restrictions!!

Per my Broker, there are NO buying restrictions NOR any corporate actions pending on this stock.

I can freely trade at will without any problems what so ever.

IF anyone is having problems buying this stock, take the matter up with YOUR Brokers.

Remarks:
With ENCS being granted a worldwide license for its geothermal patents, (Per testimonial in last PR) it should be of no surprise that this will include the attraction of World Wide Investors.

But what really confuses me, is if according to the most recent PR from ENCS where it states, All stockholders of record on 20 February 2009 will be entitled to yearly dividends, pro rata, from all royalties received under the Company's current patent license agreements..

and as I read further, I learned the following; Regular payments and commissions are due alongside regular reports on progress as follows: 2% of Net Sales, plus a Yearly Payment after a 2 year grace period of $20,000, $40,000 and $60,000 in years 1 through 3, respectively. The minimum payment per year after Year 3 is $100,000.

I must ask, why is the PPS still under 10 cents? Or under 1 cent for that matter..

There are enough investor influences “World Wide” of this stock, especially since after that last PR, to likely have driven the PPS of this stock out of reach for many. (Figuratively).

And to think one must be an owner of ENCS’s shares by the record date of 02/20/2009, which actually is next Friday, I’m puzzled as to why, at this very moment, the PPS is stuck at ‘0.0015’ rather than ‘0.15’.

The length of trading activity for this stock, as of last Friday, was so vast that my system froze as I attempted to use Investorshub's {chart} option to load it..

You all can do you own “DD” (Recommended) but I’m also finding the popularity of ENCS growing in other languages.

The hell with Bashers or Pumper or whatever tactics, I think this stock stocks for its self.

For all it’s worth, I’m satisfied with the shares I’ve purchased in this stock but my personal confidence level is still low from getting burned by so many pinks.

But for the first time in my life, to date, I may finally have some good monetary luck, for a change.

However, in either case, I must admit that I really enjoy reading all your posts here.
