Mike J. Moore, MBA, CPA, PFS is the Senior Auditor for Moore & Associates, Chartered as well as a Managing Member of MJ Moore & Company, LLC. He is currently licensed to practice in Texas and Nevada. An accounting graduate from Southern Methodist University of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Moore received his MBA in finance and management from the University of Dallas. He is a Personal Financial Specialist ("PFS") through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a graduate of the National Institute for Estate Planners. Mr. Moore is a former adjunct professor at the Community College of Southern Nevada and a former guest lecturer at the WIN Asset Protection Seminars in Las Vegas. In addition to public accounting his career has included being a cowboy on a working cattle ranch, a trucking company executive, an oil and gas accountant, controller for a financial services company, and an operating officer with several public companies. As a public company consultant, Mr. Moore successfully took several companies public through "reverse mergers" and IPOs.
