I would characterize most of Joe's comments as more or less status updates on the progress of the company. You may interpret it differently. I do remember the comment regarding a surprise, but cannot recall what he may or may not have eluded to. The white nuggets is also news to me. I had no idea that there were tires you could produce white buffings or nuggets from. I always thought you had to dye them for other than black. It could be that the company did not want to elude to them until they had a contract in hand and could produce them successfully.

As far as Joe continually alluding to more or less growth plans in general terms, I would think that it would enhance confidence in shareholders. The more the CEO keeps telling me their plans are this or that, the more confident I feel that he means it. It's the silence that would unnerve me.
